What you can expect

Max Loan Amount

$75K to $4MM+ (loan limits will vary by lender).

Purchase, Refinance, & Cash-Out

20% down payment for purchases. Max  loan-to-value is 80% for rate & term refinances and cash-out refinances.

Credit

Minimum 620+ FICO.

Residency

US Citizens, Permanent Resident Aliens, Non Permanent Resident Aliens, & ITIN.

Income

No traditional income required. Assets used in lieu of income. Max 55% DTI ratio.

Assets & Reserves

Assets must be sourced and seasonsed for 60 days. Minimum 3 months reserves required. Gift funds are allowed.
