  2. Services Offered
    EHG Mortgage provides mortgage brokering and loan processing services, including but not limited to: Purchase financing, Refinancing, Home equity loans, Home Equity Conversion Mortgages (HECMs), Non-qualified mortgages, Private lending, Hard money lending. All loan approvals are conditional and subject to borrower compliance with lender-issued conditions. Loans are only approved when the lender provides written approval. Specified rates may not be available to all borrowers and are subject to change based on market conditions. EHG Mortgage is an Equal Opportunity Mortgage Broker/Lender. As a broker, EHG Mortgage is not individually approved by the FHA or HUD but may originate FHA loans through relationships with FHA-approved lenders.
     

  3. Account Creation and Third-Party Platforms
    Users may create accounts via our integrated client portal powered by Arive. Please note that Arive maintains its own privacy policies and terms of use, which are separate from EHG Mortgage. EHG Mortgage is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of Arive.

    EHG Mortgage may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance user experience, analyze website traffic, and improve service delivery.
