In This Role, You Will
 

• Generate mortgage leads through networking, outbound efforts, referrals, and marketing initiatives

• Conduct initial borrower conversations to understand financial goals and loan needs

• Collect and organize borrower documentation to support loan qualification

• Collaborate with a Senior Mortgage Broker to structure loans and navigate underwriting

• Maintain consistent communication with prospects to build trust and momentum

• Support relationship development with referral partners such as real estate agents and investors

• Track pipeline activity and follow established processes to ensure accuracy and compliance

What We’re Looking For
 

• Active Arizona NMLS license (or ability to obtain promptly)

• 1–3 years of mortgage or financial sales experience preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• High energy, self‑motivated, and goal‑oriented mindset

• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and follow proven systems

• Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred
