What you can expect

Max Loan Amount

$75K to $1.5MM+ (loan limits will vary by lender).

Purchase, Refinance, & Cash-Out

Minimum 30% down payment. Refinance and cash-out up to 70% Loan-To-Value (LTV).

Credit

Minimum 660+ FICO.

Citizenship

ITIN borrowers only.

Income

No income limit. Max debt-to-income ratio is 50%.

Assets & Reserves

Assets must be sourced and seasonsed for 60 days. Minimum 3 months reserves required. Gift funds are allowed.
