Max Loan Amount

$833K to $5MM+ (loan limits will vary by lender).

Purchase, Refinance, & Cash-Out

Minimum 10.01% down payment with 680+ FICO for purchases. Max loan-to-value is 89.99% for rate & term refinances and 80% LTV for cash-out refinances.

Credit

Minimum 680+ FICO

Residency

US Citizens / Permanent Resident Aliens & Non Permanent Resident Aliens allowed.

Income

No income limits.  Typically requires 1 to 2-year work history.

Assets & Reserves

Assets must be sourced and seasonsed for 60 days. 3 to 6 months reserves required depending on lender guidelines. Gift funds allowed.
