In This Role, You Will
 

• Build, expand, and manage a portfolio of high‑value clients, including investors, affluent borrowers, and strategic referral partners

• Advise clients on advanced loan structures, underwriting considerations, and long‑term financing strategies

• Oversee and support Associate Mortgage Brokers by reviewing files, guiding loan strategy, and ensuring quality execution

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, builders, financial professionals, and industry partners

• Participate in industry events, networking opportunities, and professional forums that enhance both personal and firm visibility

• Contribute market insight and educational content to support marketing and borrower engagement initiatives

• Set and monitor production goals while maintaining operational discipline and consistent growth

What We’re Looking For
 

• Active Arizona NMLS license

• 5+ years of mortgage origination experience

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex client relationships

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• High ethical standards and a reputation for quality production

• Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred
