What You’ll Do

• Build and grow your book of business

• Generate business through referrals, networking, and marketing

• Guide clients through the mortgage loan application process

• Maintain strong long-term relationships with clients & partners

• Stay up to date on market trends, loan programs, and lending guidelines
   

What We’re Looking For

• Active NMLS license in Arizona or willing to apply

• Loan origination or related sales experience preferred

• Strong communication & client education skills

• Tech-savvy, organized, and self-motivated

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
